PAYMENT METHODS
Lottie & Louis accepts most credit cards. We also offer direct debit facilities.
POSTAGE
- Orders less than $50 = $10.00 postage and handling
- Orders $50 - $100 = $12.50 postage and handling
- Orders $100 - $300 = $15.00 postage and handling
- Orders $300 - $500 + = $20.00 postage and handling
- Please notify Lottie & Louis if you would like to add $2.75 for registered post.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 days of payment.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase from Lottie & Louis, please email or call us and we can arrange a full refund with proof of purchase or for an exchange without proof of purchase. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving goods. All return postage costs are the customers responsibility unless stock is faulty.
All returned stock must returned in perfect condition.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
If your purchase is personalized there is no return unless item is faulty.
GIFT WRAPPING
Please let us know if you would like your item beautifully gift wrapped at no extra cost.
